Kristin is getting on my case about the lack of updates, so here goes.

Not much is happening lately... I've been at four Mud Hens games thus far this season, and opening day was literally a week ago tomorrow. And I'm going to work the game tomorrow to try to get more credit card applications -- woohoo! We've been pretty lucky with applications so far, but we could always use more!

We're also gearing up to our Derby Day party on May 3rd. I happen to like Coast Guard and I've heard good things about Colonel John. But there are a few weeks to go, and I'm keeping my eye on the races to come.

Sidenote: David Beckham really should just keep his mouth shut. He sounds so dorky. Stand there and look pretty, my pet. No need for you to speak. (I'm watching "Idol Gives Back" -- yes, I am a sap.)

My sewing is going pretty slowly. I'm hoping to at least have a pair of pants and a skirt to take with me to South Carolina. But we'll see. I'll have to camp out in front of my sewing machine this weekend to finish up some stuff. Summer clothes, here I come!

Stupid Annie Lennox and her stupid trip to Africa making me cry. Stupid.

I think that's all I've got to say for now. I've covered baseball (don't get me started on the Tigers), work, and sewing. I hope everyone is doing well!
