Whenever I shower in the morning, I pull my hair back so it doesn't freeze when I walk outside. Usually it's back in a clip or braids or something. Today, however, I've got it in two little knots behind my ears. When I got into work, Marita told me that I looked like I should be a servant in a house from the turn of the 19th century. Excellent.

Currently playing on Launchcast Classic Rock: "Blinded by the Light," by Manfred Mann's Earth Band. This song reminds me of Mike, because we'd sing the first line whenever we were blinded by sun glaring off of car windshields, etc. As does that one song by Blue Oyster Cult, because I think of the SNL skit of "V-H1: Behind the Music" in which Will Ferrell bangs that damn cowbell, and now I can't listen to that song without my brain filling in the rest. (Because we watched that Will Ferrell Greatest Skits DVD -- what was the name of the Prospector dude and what did he saw? Cinnamon and Gravy? Peaches and Cinnamon? Gravy and Peaches? Help!)
