The Elbe is crazy-high here, and the floodplains are full and the current is scary and there are whitecaps and some tourist ships are stuck here because the river is too dangerous to travel on... but so far, no flooding and no visible damage. People are scared, though. (But not like 2002-scared.)
We heard from Dusan in Prague a couple days ago and he seems to be OK.
