I found out that yesterday was National Chocolate Fondue Day! And I have a fondue pot that I've never used, so that's my plan for the weekend...
But I don't have a good recipe! Any suggestions? (Kristin, I'm expecting you to pull through for me!)

Arrrgh! I just saw this...you've been slack on posting, so I've been slack on reading. Whenever I go to the fondue restaurant (poor me, no fondue pot) I always force whoever's with me to get the white chocolate with Chambord. Now I don't really like white chocolate but it goes really nicely with the raspberry! Then they give you pretzels, fruit, cake...you know, dessert stuff.
Now one thing that Chambord does not go well with is Sake. Tried it (not by my choice, mind you) at a Japanese restaurant this past weekend...gross!
