Well, after some adventures, we made it to Texas! And when we woke up this morning, it was 66 degrees. I am pretty sure that's warmer than it has been all week in Toledo. And it's supposed to be 83 today.
Naturally, this means I will be the ultra-white girl walking around in shorts, but seriously? How can I not take advantage of short weather in November?
(Of course, this also means I might be the ghostly white girl in shorts in Lakeland in March, but again, I live in Ohio, where winter can -and has!- lasted from October to April.)
I'll report more on our adventures as I can. Off to the Mi Tierra for breakfast! And the Riverwalk! And the Alamo! I can't wait to see the basement ;)
