Back when I was still in school, I made a huge bowl of a mixed drink my family calls "chi-chis." Jen and Mike made fun of me for this to no end. I now feel vindicated.
(For the click-wary, it's Emeril Lagasse's recipe for a drink he calls a chi-chi cocktail. It's slightly more refined than my family's recipe, but they're quite similar: pineapple juice, creme de coco, vodka. Mmm!)
