Back when I was still in school, I made a huge bowl of a mixed drink my family calls "chi-chis." Jen and Mike made fun of me for this to no end. I now feel vindicated.

(For the click-wary, it's Emeril Lagasse's recipe for a drink he calls a chi-chi cocktail. It's slightly more refined than my family's recipe, but they're quite similar: pineapple juice, creme de coco, vodka. Mmm!)

LOL. We have a cocktail book here at home with loads of recipes and pictures of cocktails that look devilishly delicious. And the Chi Chi always used to be one of my favourite pictures to drool at longingly. I've never tried them yet but they look so yummy. :\
