Fit to be square

I've been working out lately. And by lately, I mean the past week. Kevin and I invested in a spin bike and a weight bench last weekend because I decided that I need to get back into shape. I feel somewhat blob-like and want to make some changes.

I've been on the bike three times this week for 25-30 minutes each time, and I've also been using sit-ups and push-ups apps on my phone (1 to 200, 1 to 100 respectively). It's admittedly a slow start, but I don't want to over-do it and then just get frustrated with myself.

We'll see what happens!

Good for you. What kind of app are you using? Does it do the sit ups and push ups for you? Now that would be MY kind of app!!.
